Treadwall Training with Piz: Pink Single and Double

Watch the two videos.
Look for the following:

  • my body position
  • my twisting to reach holds
  • my grip
  • my foot work (toe placement)
  • my proximaty to the wall
  • when I get a shake
  • my breathing (if possible)

Then try to apply the succefull movements to your climbing!
