My Morning Crew

I support my morning crew of folks who come to work out every Tuesday and Thursday morning with motivating words, high fives, supportive training techniques and of course smart a## comments.

I also try to allow them to work their strengths but also find their weaknesses. Check it.

Here I have them try the world of moving weights the hard way. Enjoy.

Here I make them do planks to music that offers no motivation.
