Comparisons Part 1

Below are two videos of me climbing the same route. The first time is as a warm up and the second one is as a warm down on the same day after a 2 hour session of climbing other routes. Lets look for a few specific things as we watch and see how the second one (where I am fatigued) compares to when I am fresh at the start of the day.

Look for the following:

  • body position
  • clip stances
  • speed
  • foot work
  • core tension
  • amount of pulling done (when I contract my arm more about 90 degrees or more
  • resting locations and times
