Training Time

October is just 2 months away and knowing that is a powerful thing. Right now I am looking to be in my best shape by October for a route that I bolted last year. If I take the next 8 weeks seriously with respect to my training and use of the tools that I have available, I have a great chance at being successful on my route. That means that I will be incorporating my Treadwall, the adjustable systems board at the local gym and my finger boards into a training plan that should get me to where I need to be physically. Combine that with my strength training plan, positive attitude, hard work ethic, attention to detail and I will elevate my climbing threshold.

Oh it’s going to be fun!
