I just got an email from http://www.Feedspot.com (a website that connects people to blogs) that told me that this blog is in the top 50 climbing blogs out there. That’s cool and thanks for continuing to view my rambling and non-confrontational/opinionated posts about my day to day existence.
Keep an eye out for a new CAMP ad in the climbing magazines this year from my new short crack climb called Oh, Really?. Here is a shot of me cleaning the route and figuring out the gear placements. It took me about 20 goes over a couple winter days to complete this rig which is powerful and short (two of my weaknesses). But I spent the early winter training and developing the needed power to link the moves on this thin tip and finger splitter. It lies about 35 minutes above Grand Junction on Mt Garfield. I found it while taking my high school outdoor club on an adventure into the unknown. It is amazing what you find when you are willing to walk a little bit off the beaten path.
Also, keep an eye out for a nice image of me in Sterling Rope ads this year too. I will be featured in the Sterling Strong campaign. Psyched to be a part of the community and sharing my passion for being outside and enjoying the outdoors.
Keep exploring and having fun, get outside and have an adventure!
